MMP is a physician-owned, multi-specialty organization. We are dedicated to making a difference throughout our community by providing high quality, cost-effective healthcare services.

Lynn Swick received an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1977 from Lansing Community College, Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1987 from Mercy College of Detroit, and Masters Degree in Nursing in 1992 from Michigan State University. Lynn has had specialty certification as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner since 1991 through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She worked in the emergency department and critical care unit as a registered nurse in the Lansing area for 12 years before her profession as a nurse practitioner. Currently, Lynn works as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner with Dr. Fred Isaacs, Dr. Tabassum Aziz, and Dr. Brad Ropp, providing services for long-term care residents at Burcham Hills Health Center, East Lansing Health Care Center, and Whitehills Health Care Center. She finds her greatest rewards caring for the elderly population and helping to improve their quality of life in these settings.
